“I became a Maryland Board of Social Work Approved Clinical Supervisor in 2020 and have provided individual and group clinical supervision in a variety of settings. My approach to the supervision experience is casual and informal. I believe my role is to assist supervisees in finding their own clinical style and approach that is right for them as a practitioner, free of influence from my own personal style. I have been privileged to have had wonderful supervisors of my own who set a high standard for the importance of the supervision relationship. To further my knowledge and stay up to date, I attend clinical supervision trainings on a yearly basis as is required by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners.”
